We are actively working towards the Clear Assured Diversity & Inclusion Standard. We have achieved bronze status and are actively working towards silver status.
By working towards this standard, we will be upskilled in D&I best practice and will be given tools to assist with various topics.
We will share our key D&I learnings from the Clear Assured process with our clients.

We have gender diversity, both across the business (circa 60% of our employees are female), and at senior management level (our Operations Director and 60% of our Partners are female).

D&I training within Star Actuarial
Diversity and inclusion training is a regular item in our team meetings.
We share relevant case studies, discuss client D&I strategies, provide training on topics such as unconscious bias; writing job descriptions; shortlisting candidates without bias; assisting candidates at interview stage.
