Our client, a leading-edge, innovative consultancy, has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join a fast-growing Employee Benefits team.

As an Associate Consultant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks from Group Protection and Healthcare renewals, rebroking and claims, to clearing communications and preparing advice.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest employee benefits news and legislation is also an essential part of delivering our client's services. 

With numerical skills and a strong academic performance, the successfuyl candidate will have experience of working in all types of Group Protection and Healthcare services (e.g., group life assurance, group income protection, group critical illness, private medical insurance, and health cash plans). 

Experience in defined contribution (DC) pensions and auto-enrolment would be a plus, though not essential.
