Clare started her career in a Corporate Pensions Administration role at Aon. She now has over 25 years recruitment experience in the actuarial sector. Clare is one of our seasoned life insurance specialists and recruits actuarial candidates, in life and non-life insurance, on a permanent and contract basis all over the UK.

Biography

In 1997 Clare moved into recruitment at Reed. Starting as a consultant, Clare’s success over the years promoted her to Business and Area Manager where she successfully set up and led the specialist actuarial recruitment division. Clare grew this team and the client and candidate database across all actuarial disciplines for both permanent and interim roles offering a contingency, search and retained service.

In 2011 Clare joined Barclay Meade as Head of Actuarial to spearhead their actuarial start-up. In October 2012 Clare brought a wealth of experience to Star Actuarial with experience and connections across all actuarial sectors.
