Biography

Rachael studied at The University of Chester and qualified with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Psychology and then moved into the world of Beauty before starting her career within the Executive Search world as a Consultant.

Rachael has a real passion for supporting candidates finding their dream roles and providing a true business partner approach to clients finding the “best in class” talent in the marketplace.
